PA to Founder & Client Co-Ordinator

Working hours: Part Time – Monday – Friday, 20 hours per week/4 hours per day

We are looking for an admin assistant to join our team for a dual role of PA to our Founder and Client Co-Ordinator.  We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team.  The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organised.  They will be working closely with our Founder, and also assisting the team with accountancy related admin tasks.

Experience:

We would like you to have a proven background as a PA/admin assistant, and to be comfortable in using a MacBook and GSuite.  An accountancy related background is not essential, but will be an advantage.

Key Tasks/Responsibilities – inclusive of, but not limited to:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Managing email inboxes – including post via registered office
  • Maintaining Practice Management System and CRM
  • Assisting with maintaining website, including uploading blogs and images via Canva
  • Assisting with Onboarding Processes
  • Liaising with clients and the team
  • Liaising with Companies House & HMRC
  • Assisting with marketing activities – including social media and writing blogs
  • Ad hoc projects – ie setting up Calendly & Loom for the team
  • Organising team days/events & travel

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary of £10,500pa
