We need your statements to ensure the balance coming through on the bank feed in Xero is correct, and nothing has gone wrong. We just need the final statement of the year. Then if anything is wrong, and the balances don't match, we will then ask for further statements as required to find and resolve the issue.

If you have taken out a new lease/HP/loan agreement during the year and we have not already been sent a copy please upload a copy.

If you work from home, even just a few hours per week, we can include a portion of your home bills within the accounts as an expense. There are two ways we can do this - either the flat rate of £26pm, or using actual bills! Please indicate which method you would prefer us to use, and if the bills method please answer the questions accordingly and upload copies of your bills to support your figures.
