At PPF it’s not just our clients that we support to help them reach their goals – we support our team to reach their goals too. For those who want to grow in their roles we’ve put together career progression paths within accounting pods, to show where you can take your career if you want to.
And if you wish to further your studies we offer both bookkeeping (Levels 2, 3 & 4) and accounting (Level 7) apprenticeships via First Intuition. (Check out more on the apprenticeships available here). We reward exam success with small salary increases of an extra £250 for each exam passed, and further increases on becoming fully qualified.

As PPF grows we are implementing a pod structure for our bookkeeping and accounting team members. This brings many benefits – clear career progression being one of them! We have 2 pathways depending on your career aspirations, and the type of client you enjoy working with.
